Frequently asked questions

How much is the pet fee at your Gloucester homes?

The pet fee depends on the home, the length of stay and the number of pets, and we confirm it before you book. Contact us with your dates and details of your pet, and we will include the fee in your quote, so there are no surprises at check-out.

Can I bring more than one dog?

Often yes, but ask us first. The four-bedroom townhouse with its garden suits two dogs better than the annex. Tell us the breeds and sizes when you enquire, and we will confirm whether the home works for you and your dogs.

Do you accept cats or other pets?

We consider other pets case by case. Tell us what you want to bring and for how long, and we will say whether the home is suitable. Cats on long stays, for example during a house move, are something we can discuss before you book.

Are pets allowed on longer stays, such as a house move?

Yes, pets are welcome on longer stays at our two pet-friendly Gloucester homes, by arrangement. Families moving house or staying through an insurance claim often bring a dog or cat. We agree the pet fee and any cleaning needs when we quote for the full stay.
